FAQ

  • Are you currently accepting new clients?

Yes! I have openings for new clients who reside in Colorado for in-person or telehealth appointments. Please use the contact form on this website or click “start today” to reach out. We can then schedule an free 15-minute phone consultation to connect and see if we’re a good fit!

  • Do you accept insurance?

Yes - I am an in-network provider for Colorado Access Medicaid, Rocky Mountain Health Plans, Cigna, Aetna, Anthem/BCBS, and United Health Insurance. I also accept private pay clients and can help provide superbills to allow out-of-network clients to apply for reimbursement from their insurance company.

  • Who do you work with?

I work primarily with adults, including many LGBTQ+ clients, who are seeking greater clarity, connection, and self-understanding. I support people navigating anxiety, ADHD, identity exploration, self-esteem issues, and life transitions.

My clients often include sensitive, thoughtful folks—helpers, creatives, and perfectionists—who feel stuck despite doing “all the right things.” If you're curious about yourself and ready for deeper inner work, you're in the right place.

  • What can I expect at my first session?

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. We'll talk about what brings you to therapy, your goals, and any questions you have. I’ll also go over informed consent and privacy policies. You don’t need to prepare anything in advance—just come as you are.

  • How often will we meet and how long are sessions?

Sessions are 50 minutes long. Most clients start with weekly appointments to build momentum and consistency. Over time, some choose to shift to bi-weekly or monthly sessions as they move into a maintenance phase. We'll decide together what frequency feels most supportive for you—it's flexible and can change as your needs evolve.

  • How do I get started?

The first step typically involves scheduling a 15-minute consultation call to allow us to chat and see if we’re a good fit! You may reach out to me via phone or email to coordinate a time to talk.

If you choose to work with me, I offer both in-person sessions in Denver’s LoHi neighborhood and virtual video sessions via a secure platform.
